Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We have curated a process that will allow us together to explore design options and personalize your home so that it will be a true reflection of your personal tastes.
SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
This is the first step to making your home a reality. Reach out to us via phone or email to set up a free consultation to start discussing your budget, needs and everything else that you would want in a home.
DISCUSS DESIGN & GOALS
At this step of our process we would discuss what works for your budget, wants and needs for your home. Together we will determine what you like/dislike, explore floor plans, what you can afford, the size of home including bedrooms & bathrooms and the location of your build.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Schedule your loan appointment
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
& CONSTRUCTION
During this step of the process we finalize blueprints, finalize designs and review your home site. Once everything is agreed on we have you sign documents and begin building your home.
PRE-CLOSING & CLOSING
In the final step of the process we will do final walk-thru's and close on your dream home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will close with your title company and sign all papers. Once your loan funds, you can go to the sales office and pick up your keys!
Have all utilities transferred into your name and your homeowners insurance policy in place.
